Hirap yan di pa nga gobernador ang dami ng sablay na pinangako,scholarships,allowances, livelihood at good governance..How can he govern(Don Pepito) the Palawan even thou he cant fix the problems of his own municiaplity(San vicente). The Government may seem to have the children's best interest & prosecute those responsible for the anomaly, currently they do not have that "power". When the litigation unfolds and the drama begins, then we shall be entertained by those responsible getting away with "it".....just my opinion, really!
